Orange Pudding Pops

・ 1to 2 packages of french vanilla pudding ( sugarless)

・ 6 large oranges

・ 1/2 cup low fat milk

In a medium size mixing bowl put in the dry pudding mix. Then roll each of the 6 oranges until soft and mushy feeling, cut in half and squeeze the juice into a measuring cup. Pour milk and 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice into the pudding mix and beat with a mixer until thickened. Pour into Popsicle tray add sticks and freeze. (for a more orange taste add more orange juice and less milk.)

Peach and blueberry pudding pops also taste great and are easy to make and will give some of those anxiety calming nutrients that you want in your treats.
