Simple, Tried and True

Some time back - and probably again this year I was dangerously overweight. My problem usually stems not from lack of interest or motivation, but from lack of follow-through.

Losing weight itself is a matter of simple mathematics: weight lost = calories consumed calories burned .That is, to lose weight, burn more than you eat. To this winning formula, I add the extra weapons of eating less foods filled with sugars and fats.

The results are undeniable I lost twenty pounds in a month. The problem is, this kind of thing has to be more than a temporary fix or you gain the weight back just as soon as you decide that it's okay to go back to living on soda, burgers, pizza and beer.
