* 2 ½ teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
* 1 cup of low fat whipped topping
* 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 3/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
* 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
Add the vanilla pudding and milk to a bowl and set mixer for medium speed; beat for 1- 2 minutes.
Add the seasonings, ½ cup of whipped topping and the pumpkin puree.
Continue to beat for another 30-45 seconds.
Place the Pumpkin pudding into 4 small dessert bowls. Add a small spoon of whipped topping .
Refrigerate uncovered until ready to serve.
