10 large strawberries, halved
5 kiwi fruits, completely peeled and each cut into quarters
2 to 4 bananas, peeled and cut up into chunks
40 seedless purple or black grapes
You will also need 20 skewers.
Simply thread one piece of each fruit, except for the grapes, onto each skewer in any order you choose. For the grapes, thread two onto each skewer. You can chill these fruit skewers overnight if you need to or you can make them ahead of time the morning or afternoon before your guests are arriving for maximum freshness.

1 ½ cups diced mango
2 cups diced tomatoes
½ cup diced green or Vidalia onion
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves' worth of garlic, minced*
½ tsp stevia sweetener
2 tbs lime juice
1 tbs cider vinegar
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
*This can be bought pre-minched in a bottle or jar. The label will tell how much equals one whole clove of garlic.
Stir together all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Chill for at least 60 minutes prior to serving.
