10 large strawberries, halved5 kiwi fruits, completely peeled and each cut into quarters2 to 4 bananas, peeled and cut up into chunks40 seedless purple or black grapes

Simply thread one piece of each fruit, except for the grapes, onto each skewer in any order you choose. For the grapes, thread two onto each skewer. You can chill these fruit skewers overnight if you need to or you can make them ahead of time the morning or afternoon before your guests are arriving for maximum freshness.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups diced mango2 cups diced tomatoes½ cup diced green or Vidalia onion½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped2 cloves' worth of garlic, minced*½ tsp stevia sweetener2 tbs lime juice1 tbs cider vinegar½ tsp sea salt½ tsp ground black pepper

*This can be bought pre-minched in a bottle or jar. The label will tell how much equals one whole clove of garlic.

Preparation:

Stir together all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Chill for at least 60 minutes prior to serving.
