2-packages fat free-sugar free vanilla pudding
4 cups cold evaporated milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
½ cup finely chopped almonds or ½ teaspoon almond extract
2 cups fresh peaches diced
1 additional peach peeled, pitted and cut into 6 thin slices
6 small sprig of mint leaves
Low Sugar Peach Pudding Recipe:
In a large bowl combine pudding mix, evaporated milk and cinnamon and mix with mixture until creamy and thick. Stir in nuts and diced peaches and pour into individual dessert cups or bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just prior to serving the pudding take the additional peach peel it cut it in half and remove the pit. Slice into 6 thin slices and use a peach slice and a sprig of mint to garnish each dessert.
