Low Sugar Banana Treat-Frozen Banana On A Stick:

Slice 4 or 5 bananas in half width ways and then insert a Popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana half, lay in a flat dish with a cover and freeze overnight. Serve with a small dish of sugar free chocolate syrup to dunk the banana in. Kids love this delightful treat and the bananas will keep in the freezer up to two weeks.

Low Sugar Banana Treat-Frozen Bananas With Berries:

Take 4 or 5 peeled bananas and cut in half width ways and then length ways. Freeze overnight in either a flat covered dish or a zip lock bag making sure the bag lies flat in your freezer.

When ready to serve take two halves and place in a shallow bowl and top with blue berries, raspberries, strawberries or crushed pineapple and serve. This makes a healthy and colorful sweet treat that both kids and adults can enjoy. It also makes a great dessert for a luncheon or a cook out.
