Strawberry Banana Smoothie


1 medium to large banana peeled and cut into chunks

1- 8 ounce cups of strawberry yogurt

½ cup low fat milk

½ cup of crushed ice

Place all the ingredients into blender and pulse until you achieve desired smoothness.
