Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with some nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix together Splenda, oats and the flour. Use a pastry blender to stir in the margarine, and blend until this mixture approaches a crumbly sort of texture. Push the crumbs into the baking pan’s bottom, and then bake for 10 minutes so that the edges get golden. At the same time, whisk together both the egg and the egg white. Combine Splenda with this and then beat until it reaches a creamy texture. Finally, add the flour, the baking powder, the salt and the zest and the juice of the large lemon, and whisk all of this together until it gets to a smooth consistency.

Now, pour this lemon mixture over the pre-baked base. This is where the real fun begins, as you are going to have to bake this whole thing for a total of 20 or 25 minutes.
