If you are looking for ways to get your child to eat more nutritiously, here are some great snacks that are easy to prepare that your child will enjoy.

Apples And Dips

One way to get your child to enjoy more of this tasty fruit is simply to core and slice them, and put about 1/2 to a whole fruit in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator. Then, when your child wants a snack, all they have to do is reach for a baggy and enjoy.

Of course, sometimes your child wants a little more zip to this wonderful fruit so why not offer them a teaspoon of creamy peanut butter or a little vanilla yogurt to dip their fruit in. These dips are overall high in protein, reasonably low in fat and sugar and make perfect dips that most children really love.

If you have a child with an enormous sweet tooth, finding a way to turn this fruit into what appears to be a sweet dessert is a great way to get them to eat this healthy fruit without adding too much sugar or fat. Here is a simple recipe that most kids love.
