Hi, My name is Vino,I was weighing nearly 100 kilos about 2 years back.Like everyone, I tried almost everything to reduce my overweight but there was no use.One day I met one of my classmate and he told told me to practice stretching exercise along with garlic supplements. I tried to practice it regularly but there was no noticeable changes in the initial stages,I tried skipping,stretching exercises with tension bands etc.. and ate 2 full garlic's a day.I continued the same for about 6 months and i lost almost ten kilos in that short period.I'm still continuing exercises but stopped garlic from the past three months. Now I'm weighing sixty-four kilos and pretty confident about my physique.
