Here are the basic ingredients that you are going to need:

1 ½ teaspoons of Vanilla Extract

12 ounces of low-fat cream cheese

1 ½ cups of sugar substitute

12 ounces of crescent rolls

¾ cup of low-fat butter substitute

2 teaspoons of a good quality ground cinnamon

Shape the crescent rolls into rectangular shapes of approximately 9 inches by 13 inches, and then spread the above mixture over them.

In a separate bowl mix together the other half of the sugar and the cinnamon, and then sprinkle that over the top.

You then need to simply bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown, and wait to cool down before serving your delicious Mexican Dessert of Cinnamon Cheesecake.
