Exercise and Eat Regularly

I think I am like most, in that I can always afford to lose a pound or two.
I find that if I don't plan out my meals, I end up waiting until I am very hungry. Then it is very easy for me to grab whatever food is the most convenient to eat. Typically these are unhealthy choices, such as potato chips, cookies etc.
To combat this I try to always have healthy snack items around such as carrots, grapes, cashews or almonds.
I also try to start my day out by walking several laps around the block and drinking a large glass of water.
These are just a few of the simple things that I do to try to stay healthy and keep my weight in check.
