Ingredients Needed

_ 12 jumbo shrimp (fresh) _ 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce _ 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning _ 2 teaspoons low sodium, soy sauce Salt, to taste _ 6 strips turkey bacon (cut in ½)

**optional- ¼ cup of unsweetened pineapple juice or unsweetened orange juice

Clean and devein shrimp

Toss shrimp in a bowl with the chili sauce, lemon pepper seasoning and soy sauce

While shrimp are marinating you should cook the bacon just until lightly brown, but not crisp.

Drain bacon slices on paper towels

Saute shrimp (for 1-2 minutes) in a clean pan that contains 2 teaspoons of the unsweetened juice or you can just spray a light coat of PAM into the pan before cooking the shrimp.

Curl a slice of bacon around each piece of shrimp

Use a toothpick to secure the bacon to the shrimp

**dip the shrimp/bacon bites into the juice if you wish

Place the shrimp on a broiling rack and then place in the oven

Bake at 425 for about 3-5 minutes, or until the bacon has become crisp
